Returns & Refunds Policy

Little ones grow fast, and sometimes a size just isn't right. If something doesn't work out, Didoone makes returns simple, and return shipping is on us.

Return window and conditions

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval comes first

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Wait for our team to review and approve your request. We reply within 1–2 business days.
3. Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back with the label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
5. We receive and inspect your return.
6. We issue your refund.

Return shipping is free

Approved returns do not cost you anything to send back. We email you a prepaid return label as part of your return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may need some extra time before the credit appears in your account.

The original shipping charge is not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our mistake.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Good to know

• We do not issue store credit; approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Our products do not come with a warranty beyond the rights described in this policy and under applicable law.
• There are no fees to cancel an order before it enters processing or shipment.
• This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States. We sell and ship only within the US.
